A quick study of the light and mood of one of my favorite times to be outside. There’s a chill in the air, and the colors can be spectacular. Doing daily paintings has improved my confidence to just get with it and go for the thing that’s attracting me to make the painting. This is more broadly painted than my previous landscape studies, and I’m attracted to keep after it when I can.
