The "wallpaper" was simply an exercise in dividing space by thirds while echoing lines in the subject, and providing a grid for application of muted colors found in the main complementary theme. I think this is happy little piece and probably fun to do. I like the composition and the colour. However.....although I think you did an amazing job capturing that wallpaper, I find it distracting overall and it dosen't allow for your wonderful shadows to play a much bigger role in this piece.
